We offer a package of 3 nights, from Friday, 30th April to 3pm to Monday, 3rd May 2027 after breakfast for the sum of 370 euros per chorister and accompanist.
In this package are included:
- Hotel + Breakfast (3 nights);
- Lunch and dinner, drinks not included (5 meals, from Friday evening to Sunday evening) ;
- Saturday outing (Aumetz Iron Mines Museum), without transport ;
- Sunday outing in Remich (Luxembourg) for a cruise on Mosel, transport from the hotel and boat included .
We ask for a deposit of 50% before December 1, 2026
In case of non-payment of the deposit, we will be forced to eliminate the choir.
The balance must be paid on January 15, 2027.
In case of withdrawal after this date, except in cases of major unforeseen circumstances, which must be accepted by the organising committee, no amount will be reimbursed.
If some choirs want to leave after the Sunday afternoon concert without the evening meal or hotel, we lower the price to 300€.
Local choirs not wishing to benefit from hotel accommodation will be given a rate based on individual requirements .
